1- Dispatch time

On each product page we display the estimated dispatch time.

Our Bags are only made to order; hence we create them only after your order confirmation.

We usually create and ship your bag within one week. (it could take longer for some exceptional peak season)

Once your order is received, we will send you the more precise time for the creation process of your ordered item.

Dispatch time is booked at the earliest pick-up date after creation is complete.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or delivery rider delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
